We being a small team try to achieve it rather staying updated or keep educating ourselves. Gone are the days when you have to carry your system to the repair shop for software issues. Our technicians handling support have a minimum of 13 years computer repair & support experience and carry a certifications from Microsoft.

4.How many days it will take to repair ?

Most support sessions take about two to three hours. The session may be much shorter or longer depending on the number of and severity of issues. In some cases when a computer is heavily infected with viruses and/or spyware, work may need to continue by doing an in-home or in-office onsite visit by one of our certified technical experts.

5.Do i have to pay anything for diagnosis ?

No, we its absolutely free!! we do not charge for diagnosis. You only have to pay minimum for our travelling.

6.Is my data secured ?

Yes, we do understand the security of the data, if still you don't want anyone access the data. Our technician will not pick the hard disk.

7.How many devices you will diagnose in single visit?

As we do a free diagnosis. You can get end number of devices checked from the same visit.

8.How much a repair will cost?

We can answer this only after a complete diagnose of the devices.

9.Do i have to pay anything in advance before repair?

No, you only pay after the resolution.

10.What Laptop brands you repair ?

We repair most of the brands. We repair all including Dell, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo, Asus etc

11.What types of parts do you use?

There are 3 category Original, A Grade and B Grade, Original parts are very costly if your budget it tight you can choose A Grade parts will do the job and it is reliable, generally we do not recommended B grade Parts as these are very low quality in terms of price and performance.

12.Is it worth repairing my computer or should I just get a new one?

We can take a look at your computer and give you a better idea whether it is worth fixing or investing in a new computer. We will give you our most honest and expert advice. Our rule of thumb is that if the repair cost more than what your computer is worth, it’s probably best to invest in a new one. If you decide to get a new computer, we offer data transfer services to help you transfer your data from your old computer to your new computer.

13.Should I back up all my files before I go to Hardware Repair

Yes, you should always keep a back up copy of all your files, especially before bringing your computer to Hardware Repair. If you dont know about how to take backup then don't worry we will take it. Just you have to told our engineer about this.
